We are a trendy cafe with a Mediterranean/Western kitchen located in Berawa (Canggu)
Kitchen serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Experience and skills needed:
- 3 years experience in Head Chef position
- Experience in trendy cafe (Canggu cafe style)
- Cost & quality control
- Good skills of the English language
- Maintaining contact with suppliers
- Staff training & hiring, work scheduling, inventory check
- HACCP
- Organized and a team worker
- Good command of spoken and written english
- Knowledge of culinary trends
- Working closely with the general manager
- Creating and developing new dishes
- A can do attitude
- Aboard experience welcome
